It ensures a secure and supportive work environment for participating students, where corporate specialists provide guidance and mentorship throughout the program.

The Program provides participants with the opportunity to explore different corporate functions such as HR, Marketing, Sales, etc, while they establish valuable connections that can aid in future educational and career pursuits.

This program is designed to offer school leavers and young professionals aged between 18-35 years, the chance to understand the world of work and business. Candidates will be offered entry-level opportunities with our corporate partners for 10 months.
